Ingredients
- 9 lattice crust
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 rhubarb
- 1 pastry
- 250 gr sugar
- 230 gr strawberries
- 32 gr enriched flour
- 5 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; mix well. Combine rhubarb and strawberries. Line 23 cm pie plate with pastry; fill with fruits. Pour egg mixture over. Dot with butter. Top with lattice crust, crimping edge high. Bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes. Fill openings in lattice crust with whole strawberries. Serve warmplain, or topped with vanilla ice cream.
