Ingredients
- 3 miniature marshmellows
- 325 gr graham wafer crumbs
- 240 ml eagle brand milk
- 240 ml whipping cream whipped
- 180 ml boiling water
- 80 ml reallemon lemon juice
- 75 gr margarine
- 1 package strawberry jello
- 1 package strawberries (frozen sliced)
Combine crumbs and margarine and pat on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.Dissolve jello in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in sweetened milk, lemon juice, strawberries and marshmellows. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crumb crust. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
