- 120 ml oil sun tomatoes (dried)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 14 gr parsley
- 1/8 slices reserve the oil
- some garlic
Salt and pepper to taste In a serving bowl, whisk to blend the eggs, tomato strips, reserved oil, cheese, parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Add the drained pasta to the egg mixture (lift with -20ÂșC orks to mix). Add salt and pepper to taste.
