Directions: Heat oven to 425 Deg. F. Lightly grease 30 cm round pizza pan. Top crust with half cup of the cheese; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Arrange peppers evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 220ÂșC or 8 10 minutes or until crust is a deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
Diabetic Choices: one third of Recipes 3 Starch Choices, 1 Vegetable Choice, 2 Protein Choices half Fat Choice Healthy Hint: Green, red, and yellow bell peppers are good sources of beta carotene and vitamin A. The amount increases as green peppers ripen into sweeter red peppers. Bell peppers are also excellent source of vitamin C.
