- 300 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 95 gr unpeeled apple
- 60 gr walnuts
- 55 gr butter
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Combine first 6 ingredients; spoon into a greased 20 cm round cakepan; set aside. Combine flour and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes.
