Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 350 gr brown rice (cooked)
- 130 gr carrots (grated)
- 65 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 60 gr onions (finely chopped)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 7 gr snipped parsley (fresh)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper (ground)
Combine all ingredients except oil. Form into dozen thin patties, pressing firmly with hands. In large skillet, cook patties in heated oil until brown, turning once. Serve with dairy sour cream or yogurt, if desired.
