Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 beef chuck blade steak
- 120 ml tomato catsup
- 60 ml cider vinegar
- 60 ml kikkoman soy sauce
-(3 to 4 pound, - 0.75 to 3 cm thick) Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes; cool. Pour into plastic bag with meat. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours, or overnight. Broil 8 to 10 minutes on each side (for rare or medium doneness). To serve, cut across grain into thin slices. Makes 4 to 6 servings
