Ingredients
- 4 potatoes-cubed
- 1 onion (minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 700 gr beef stew meat
- 240 ml wine (red)
- 120 ml tomato sauce
- 20 ml oil
- 16 ml wine vinegar
- 1 gr oregano
- 2 slices carrots (sliced)
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add every thing except potatoes and carrots to large pot. Cover tightly and simmer 1.5 hours until meat is thoroughly tender. Half an hour before meat is ready add carrots and potatoes.
