- 350 gr gratd chocolate (finely white)
- 220 gr ricotta cheese
- 130 gr bittersweet chocolate
- 50 gr powdered sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 4 gr orange peel (finely minced)
(orange skin only; no white Pith or membrane) Preheat oven to 180ºC . In a medium bowl, combine the hazelnuts and chocolate; mix well. Generously grease 2 heavy-gauge baking sheets with the butter.
