Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (peeled)
- 650 ml yogurt (plain)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr mint (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 gr cumin seeds (roasted)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr black pepper
Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork or whisk until smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
