• 1 1/2 baking powde
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 full egg the (plus white lightly beaten)
• 500 gr flour
• 240 ml heather honey
• 240 ml milk
• 110 gr butter
• 30 ml honey
• 38 gr superfine sugar
• 24 gr almonds
