• 1 onion (yellow chopped)
• 1 baking potato
• 1,900 ml water
• 325 gr broccoli with stems
• 16 ml lemon juice
• 10 ml olive oil
• 8 gr flour
• 5 gr salt
• 1 gr thyme (dried)
