Buttermilk Baked Chicken

• 12 chicken thighs wash
• 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 1 vegetable cooking spray
• 1 dip the chicken in the egg mixture
• 300 gr corn flakes (crushed)
• 120 ml buttermilk
• 65 gr wheat flour (whole)
• 16 ml dijon mustard
• 8 gr butter (unsalted diced)
• some salt and pepper
