Bean Curd With A Deliciously Spicy Sauce
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 bean curd
- 120 ml vegetable stock
- 30 ml chinese soy sauce (thin)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 ml sesame oil
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 5 gr ginger (very finely minced)
- 3 gr chili paste with soy bean
- 2 gr sugar
