• 2 1/2 cu short brown rice picked over (raw grain)
• 2 bay leaves
• 1,100 ml chicken stock
• 350 gr coarsely onions (chopped)
• 240 ml tomato sauce
• 80 gr mushrooms (sliced)
• 30 ml olive oil
• 26 gr parsley (minced fresh)
• 16 ml prepared mustard
