Smoked Short Ribs
- 1,800 gr beef short ribs (plate)
- 200 gr condensed tomato soup
- 180 ml dry wine (red)
- 30 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 16 ml prepared mustard
- 6 gr chili powder
- 2 gr paprika
- 2 gr celery seed
- 1 ml sal heat sauce at side of grill
