• 8 pans
• 3 filling in tortilla
• 1 onion several of garlic (cloves)
• 525 gr black beans
• 300 gr tomatoes (crushed)
• 130 gr wheat couscous (whole)
• 1 package chilis
• 1/2 packages wave lowfat firm tofu (white)
