• 200 gr orechiette pasta
• 45 ml virgin olive oil
• 22 gr oregano (chopped fresh)
• 6 gr garlic (chopped)
• 1 gr salt
• 1 gr black pepper
• 3 slices onions (red peeled)
• 1 package flat anchovies in oil
