- 1/2 bran cereal (whole)
- 450 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr confectioners sugar
- 180 ml warm water
- 140 gr dromedary dates (chopped)
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 50 gr sugar
- 28 gr packed brown sugar
