Portugal: Fish Stew

• 8 tomatoes
• 4 garlic (cloves)
• 2 onions
• 1 green pepper
• 1 glass dry wine (white)
• 1 handful coriander leaves
• 1/2 fish
• 60 ml olive oil
• 16 ml piri-piri sauce
• 1 gr allspice (ground)
