• 1 egg
• 300 gr sugar
• 280 gr all purpose flour
• 200 gr granulated sugar in bowl
• 100 gr granulated sugar so they are fully coated
• 100 gr butter (unsalted)
• 60 ml molasses
• 9 gr baking soda
