- 300 gr sugar
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr granulated sugar in bowl
- 100 gr granulated sugar so they are fully coated
- 100 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 ml molasses
- 9 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 3 gr salt (ground)
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
