• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 30 ml orange juice
• 30 ml olive oil
• 16 ml lemon juice
• 12 gr green basil (chopped)
• 8 gr lemon basil (chopped)
• 6 gr cumin seeds (whole)
• 6 gr lemon rind
