- 300 gr grouper fillets in (cut)
- 110 ml balsamic vinegar
- 110 ml virgin olive oil
- 80 gr golden seedless raisins soaked
- 55 ml additional virgin olive oil
- 34 gr pine nuts (toasted)
- 8 gr chives (fresh chopped)
- some virgin olive oil
