• 4 strands saffron
• 2 tomatoes deseedd (peeled diced)
• 1/2 onion (peeled)
• 3/8 has thickened
• 300 ml whipping cream
• 130 gr uncle bens thai imperial rice
• 110 gr butter (unsalted cut into cubes)
• 120 ml chicken stock
• 60 ml wine (white)
