Hubbard Squash Soup
- 4 hubbard squash pureed
- 2 garlic (cloves finely diced)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 squash
- 950 ml vegetable broth
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 65 gr scallion (chopped)
- 16 ml virgin olive oil
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
