• 4 hubbard squash pureed
• 2 garlic (cloves finely diced)
• 1 onion (finely diced)
• 1 squash
• 950 ml vegetable broth
• 240 ml cream (heavy)
• 65 gr scallion (chopped)
• 16 ml virgin olive oil
• 3 gr salt
• 1 gr black pepper
