• 6 garlic (cloves)
• 1/4 round steak (thick)
• 120 ml soy sauce
• 60 ml salad oil
• 10 ml molasses
• 10 gr gingerroot (grated)
• 10 ml dry mustard
• 3 gr ginger (ground)
• 2 gr instant meat tenderizer
