- 8 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk of celery (chopped)
- 1 barley
- 1,700 ml water
- 450 ml tomato sauce
- 300 gr tomatoes (diced)
- 270 gr meat (ground)
- 2 slices italian squash unpeeled
- 1 package salt and pepper
