• 2 garlic (cloves minced)
• 1 1/2 cod
• 1 bay leaf
• 525 gr low sodium tomato
• 230 ml tomato sauce
• 120 gr onions (chopped)
• 120 ml dry wine (white)
• 10 ml vegetable oil see note
• 4 gr sugar
• 2 gr thyme
