Silky Cocoa Creme

• 1/2 non dairy (frozen light)
• 180 ml skim milk
• 100 gr sugar
• 60 gr lowfat skim ricotta
• 60 ml water (cold)
• 28 gr hersheys cocoa
• 4 gr vanilla extract
• 1 package gelatin (unflavored)
