• 120 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 85 gr mushrooms

Spinach Lasagna

• 12 lasagna noodles
• 2 microwave bowl
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 microwave-safe bowl
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1/2 spinach mixture
• 1/2 sauce mixture
• 1/2 noodles in
• 250 gr nonfat cottage cheese
