 - 5/8 vegetable oil
 - 3/8 sesame oil
 - 425 gr s sole fillets
 - 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
 - 240 ml oriental rice wine
 - 70 gr pine nuts (toasted)
 - 60 gr ginger (peeled grated fresh)
