- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 burgundy
- 350 ml beef broth (undiluted)
- 60 gr shortening
- 60 gr rice (cooked)
- 55 gr butter
- 45 gr mushrooms (chopped)
- 24 gr flour
- 16 gr currant jelly
