• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 2 tomatoes
• 400 gr shark steaks
• 80 ml lime juice
• 60 ml beer
• 30 gr onion (chopped red)
• 28 gr green chilies (diced)
• 30 ml vegetable oil
• 10 ml dijon mustard
