• 1 apple
• 1 seedless green (rinsed whole)
• 1/2 chunks
• 475 ml low fat yogurt (plain)
• 80 ml sodium chicken broth (reduced)
• 34 gr dry (chopped unsalted roasted)
• 30 ml vegetable oil
