- 120 ml soy sauce (light)
- 16 gr green onion (chopped)
- 10 gr ginger (finely chopped fresh)
- 8 gr salt
- 8 gr chili powder
- 8 gr sugar
- 6 gr garlic (crushed)
- some sesame oil the cabbage coarsely
