• 3 onions
• 1,200 gr italian (canned plum)
• 900 gr beef chuck
• 700 ml beer
• 260 gr spanish chorizo sausage
• 190 gr tomato paste
• 40 ml olive oil
• 14 gr chili powder (hot)
• 6 gr salt
