• 2 1/2 leftover turkey stuffing
• 1 turkey carcass (roasted)
• 1 onion
• 1 bay leaf
• 2,400 ml water (cold)
• 475 gr turkey gravy
• 350 ml water if necessary to replace evaporation
• 14 gr parsley (chopped)
• 2 gr thyme (dried)
• 3 slices carrots
