- 2 1/2 leftover turkey stuffing
- 1 turkey carcass (roasted)
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 2,400 ml water (cold)
- 475 gr turkey gravy
- 350 ml water if necessary to replace evaporation
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr thyme (dried)
- 3 slices carrots
- 3 slices celery stalks with leaves
taste. Let simmer 10 more minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 10 cups, or 8 servings. Each serving contains about: 367 calories; 412 mg sodium; 94 mg cholesterol; 17 grams fat; 16 grams carbohydrates; 35 grams protein; 0.67 grams fiber.
