- 60 ml beef broth (canned)
- 30 ml dry sherry
- 5 ml water in glass
- 2 gr granulated sugar
- 1 gr pared ginger root (minced)
- 1 gr cornstarch dissolved in
- 1 gr garlic (minced fresh)
