• 7 ingredien marinate shrimp overnight in mixture
• 1 clov garlic (minced)
• 1/2 onion (white minced)
• 1/2 dry chenin blanc
• 1/2 butter
• 1/2 cooking oil
• 1/2 cup bland cooking oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons parsley stems (minced)
• 1 dash tabasco sauce
