Ingredients
- 4 cup apples
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon nuts
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon
Substitute peaches or pears when they are in season.
Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. In asmall bowl, melt butter at High for 30 to 45 sec. Stir in rolled oats,brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Combine well. Sprinkle evenly overapples.
Microwave at High for 8-10 min. Allow 5 to 7 min after cooking time.
