Ingredients
- 1 1/2 head country seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3/8 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 pound beef (lean ground)
- 1/2 cup head country bar b q sauce reserved for top
- 3/8 cup bread
- 1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olives (sliced optional)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce. Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
