Ingredients
- 2 lb pork ribs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c apple sauce
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 3 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/4 t cinnamon
Place ribs in a pan (not stacked). Pour the sauce (very thick) over the ribs. Put tin foil over the pan. Marinate ribs for 24 hours flipping once in a while to make sure all the ribs are marinated. Then take right from the fridge and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300F leaving the foil on.
