Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 at a time
- 1 lb beef top sirloin (boneless)
- 1 1/2 c cherry tomatoes
- 5 1/4 c packed basil (lightly fresh)
- 1/2 c ready to serve broth
- 8 oz bowtie (uncooked)
- 1/4 c parmesan (freshly grated)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper (crushed red)
- some salt
pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add vegetable mixture, pasta, tomatoes and basil to beef; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese; serve immediately. Total preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
