- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/2 at a time
- 450 gr beef top sirloin (boneless)
- 230 gr cherry tomatoes
- 170 gr packed basil (lightly fresh)
- 120 ml ready to serve broth
- 100 gr bowtie (uncooked)
- 20 gr parmesan (freshly grated)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (crushed red)
- some salt
pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add vegetable mixture, pasta, tomatoes and basil to beef; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese; serve immediately. Total preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
