Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c bananas
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/8 c butter
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
"This recipe from Robin Hood flour is one of the company's most requested recipes." Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Filled greased muffin cups three quarters full.
