Ingredients
- 1 bok choy
- 1 bean sprouts
- 1 c snow peas
- 1/2 c water
- 2 tb oil
- 2 ts chicken bouillon powder
- 1 ts cornstarch
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts salt
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
