Ingredients
- 5/8 bulgur
- 1 3/8 c water
- 1/2 c onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon ve oil
- 1 tb parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/2 ts paprika
- 1/8 ts thyme (dried)
- 1/4 ts oregano (dried)
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions an bulgur. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
