Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaping tbl flour
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 3/4 lb cottage cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Put cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mixture, Pour into crust and bake for 3/4 hours in a medium oven (350 degrees).
